How long does it take to drive from Fremont to your Sunnyvale office?
About 17–25 minutes depending on traffic and neighborhood. From Mission San Jose or Warm Springs, I-880 S to CA-237 W is fastest; from Ardenwood or central Fremont, the Dumbarton Bridge (CA-84) to US-101 S is comparable. We're at 1565 Hollenbeck Avenue, Suite 106, Sunnyvale, with free on-site parking.
I'm in severe pain right now — what should I do before I get there?
If you tolerate NSAIDs, take 600 mg ibuprofen with food (Tylenol is the backup). Avoid heat on the affected side and don't chew on that tooth.
