What to Expect

1

Before Your Visit

Please continue taking all of your routine medications unless specifically advised otherwise by our office. You may eat normally before your appointment. If your physician has prescribed antibiotic premedication before dental procedures, please take it as prescribed before your visit.

2

During Your Visit

Your initial visit will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. If treatment is indicated, it can often be done the same day. We utilize advanced local anesthesia techniques to ensure you are completely comfortable throughout the procedure.

3

After Your Visit

It is normal to experience mild discomfort for a few days after treatment. Return to your general dentist within 4 weeks for a permanent restoration such as a crown. Prompt restoration is essential to protect the tooth.
